NFL GAME DAY DISCUSSION Week 15 Other NFL Games Thread

I didn't exactly see a great team -- good, but flawed. KC can't stop the run. They didn't stop the pass all that well, either. Herbert got antsy and sailed some throws. They've explosive on offense, I'll give them that, but BB has slowed them before. We're built to bully them. I like our chances.
Coach Bill slows Mahomes for a quarter or 2, then KC goes off and scores 24 inna half vs the Pats....

Yeah, I don't think we'll shut them down. I do think we have a more domineering run game than previously. We can shorten the game and grind out a win. I'm a believer in this team.

Great news for us, unless you are one of the Buccaneer fans rooting for the Ravens this weekend...also, Sean Payton just tested positive for covid so he's out for Sunday

But processing and reaction skills are the same thing as arm strength. You can improve what you have, but you if it isn't one of your strengths, you are likely not going to develop these skills to elite levels. You are still limited to what you were born with.

Good news:

I missed the Joe Buck comment about Parham being cold. If that's really what he said - what a moron.

Now move one to Wednesday and Friday and we have a full week of football!

I wonder if moving the Pats-Colts game would help Harris to get back for this one
No chance they'll move it. There's no Covid problem with either team.

There's a covid outbreak in Indy?

No, I deleted my post because I thought the league was thinking of cancelling this weekend's slate of games and move everything up another week. I thought that this was something they were discussing yesterday.

Goodell lied again... you don't say

I was sure after the first charger drive ended in zero points that they would have lost
And they earned the loss
Pathetic real pathetic...

So what are the rules for postponing games, since we're changing them on the fly?

Let me know once players start getting hospitalized.
I hear you, but I think it’s more complicated than that.

Here’s an example : even though I personally hate hockey, it’s a cult here in Canada. Recently, there was an outbreak on a university campus in my province and my son had a game at the campus rink. Hockey can’t help itself. Cults rarely do. Province had to step in and cancel the game. The nfl is (obviously) bigger than NS minor hockey. Maybe authorities know people can’t stop themselves. Maybe govt officials felt that pushing back a few games gives them a better chance to mitigate a spreader even that could strain an already strained system ? I think pushing it back makes sense as being cautious doesn’t change much in this instance imo. Might « give a team more players », but playing on short week following balances that I’d think.
