Jakobi is on pace for 99 catches (100 if you round up) and 947 yards. It would be 93 and 890 if this were still a 16 game season. His yards/rec is lower than his first two years, but in general he's getting better and more dependable each year. Just get the kid a TD already!

I was just about to post this, and say the same thing. He needs to shut up and not give the opposing team any bulletin board material. I think he said something similar about the cowgirls. I'm surprised BB hasn't given him a talking to after the cowgilrs loss, and if he has jackson didn't listen.

BB would sit him down for a series for that, except he’s out of CBs.

This is the measuring stick game. A quality opponent in the Chargers who have more talent than us. How do we stack up and can we do enough scheme-wise to pull out a win on the opponent's home turf?

If we win, hats off to the coaching and the gameplan. Either way it gives us an opportunity to see where we are weak and what needs we must address at the trade deadline. BB can't sit on his hands! This game and the moves he makes right after it will decide if we can sneak into the playoffs this year or we will have another repeat of 2020.

I've been without electricity for over 24 hours and I'm now connected via my phone (which wasn't working either ????). I read this and my first thought was WTF happened to Mac? Glad I quickly found data on JJ. Cardiac Arrest avoided.

On the plus side, they're promising that our power will be on in the next 72 yours YIKES>

BB made the right call to start the rookie. Pats had no QB last year and now they do. Sitting Mac behind another wasted season of Cam would have put him behind a year in his development.
