Not that us fans have any say in what the team does but I find it ironic that a couple of our own have been screaming since August to play a certain LG at RT. They were laughed at and blasted here. The team apparently just may do that on Sunday.

We're on a football forum. We're talking about the football plays and decisions made by the team. The team is playing and performing poorly.

What else should we be talking about? Maybe we should shut down the forum until they get over .500 so we don't sound like these Negative Nancies:

I dont really think there's any reason to "shame" people. We all have different vibes with the team. I'm not a doomer, but im also not a person picking 9 wins because i like to be realistic.

This team isnt as good as we hoped, and at this point is going to go reflect our rookie's ups and downs and learning the nfl. We have some real question marks on the defensive side, and not enough production out of the offense (due in part to a rookie leading it). If people are pessimistic, they arent without reason. Sh**ing on the team is another story.

I think the bottom line is the team has a fair amount of question marks, even if we've hung in there with some good teams. Some people dont have confidence, with everything i alluded to above, to pencil us in for 7 wins. I think the floor is 2 wins, because of just objectively worse teams, and the ceiling is unknown.

It’s the team not just Bill.

A lot of the reasons for 2-4 are different than last year’s start - right now it’s sloppy football. I expect that will be fixed. But if the Pats run into some bad injury luck then it’s not that crazy to think they’ll get only 2-3 wins the rest of the way. I think they probably at least won’t be favored in any games the rest of the year other than the ones you mentioned but I doubt they all go chalk.

I think Bill is an Incredible coach and puts them in position for success, but the players have to go out there and execute in order for them to win games.

So no, I don't think anything is a gimme outside 2-3 games. Bill coaches, he doesn't play.

Saying the patriots are going to win only 2-3 games of the remaining schedule is as nonsensical as saying they will win all 11 games.

in the afc, Cincinnati looks alot stronger than i thought. Raiders dont look like theyre gonna rolll over anymore. Still very possible that the afcn and afcw beat each other up enough that there are only 2 10+ win teams from each division. That leaves seed 7 wide open.
