Game Day Thread Official Game Day Thread- Bucs @ Pats

THIS IS OUR LIVE GAME DAY THREAD:

This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.

At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.

Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.

This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.

If you do you will have your account suspended.

I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.

coulda left it at his first tweet... shoulda dumped the second...

Tonight we will learn a lot about our rookie QB.

If the Pats lose, but Mac shines, I think you take that 10/10 times.

But a week 4 game still won't determine what Mac Jones is.

That said, I still believe the Patriots will win tonight.

Curran’s tweet is nice to read. I wish we as a fan base could follow that lead. Don’t be bitter

This is some funny **** Ross . appreciate this exquisite trolling of Mr. Bitter..

Curran’s tweet is nice to read. I wish we as a fan base could follow that lead. Don’t be bitter because it’s over, be happy that it happened. I wish Tom success as long as it is not opposed to New England’s success. Getting hung up on shoulda-woulda-coulda for years is unhealthy and unproductive.
That F’n traitor……vinateri

I disagree with this. By the end of the year, is when we will learn a lot about our rookie QB. He needs the full year before any analysis is done.
I still think we learn a lot from this matchup. The spotlight is on this game. He had a poor game in week 3. Now he is facing the champs and the pass rush that made Mahomes run for his life last February. And a secondary that might be ripe for picking if he chooses to go after it. How will he handle it all? What adjustments will he make from week 3? Can he attack downfield or will he still play it safe? Looking forward to finding out,

I think the fans will go crazy cheering for TFB when hes introduced, when he breaks the passing yardage record, and even when he throws a TD, but not as much.

Brady fan boys in the house. More Bucs shirts than I care to count.

Good luck tonight guys and girls (and mods).

Bucs weakness is their secondary

I have bashed Curran a lot over the last 5 years or so,deservedly. But he hit the nail on the head on this.
You could see how much thought and reflection both Tom and Bill put into this and all their responses. As it should be.
The 2 GOATs.
I do y really think they put thought and reflection into it, they just stated how they feel and always have.
They don’t have to reflect on the made up
things that people attribute to being their attitude. They have a 20 year history together and a well developed relationship, they don’t need to think about how they feel the week they play.

Have to turn Mac loose, with Tampa's banged up secondary. Not going to run on their front 7, I think.
We have to try to run the ball. It is better to run with limited success than to not run at all.

No. Losing and having one player look good is nothing something to be happy about. What are you even doing here talking like you have insight into being a patriot fan?

Here it is. The Segway of regular season games. For people not old enough to remember, it was billed as the announcement that would change the world. Ended up being a dud.

I’m expecting a ho hum Bucs win over a rebuilding NE squad. Hope I’m wrong.
What on earth are you taking about? The Segway was a total game-changer for mall cops worldwide!
