First of all highly doubt it. The fact Cam didn't have 2-minute snaps or no-huddle snaps, is that his fault or he's running what the OC wants?

Secondly, aside from this absurd Ninkovich claim, whoever even said that to Ninkovich is a total piece of sh-t and basically not emblematic of what a championship organization does. Someone in the Pats org is a total cancer.

I think Nink reporting Mac knew the offense better than/taught Cam requires clarification.

What I do think happened is what NEP coaches do in the QB room which is to quiz them regularly on what to do once they see the defense pre & post snap. Audibles, check-downs, protections, sight adjustments, motion, etc.

As the story goes, as a 2nd year player, Brady graded consistently higher more often than Bledsoe and Huard on what to do. 2 vets mind you.

So.....I don't necessarily believe Mac knew the playbook better than Cam but I do believe Mac knew what to do with the football correctly more often than Cam did.

Ninkovich is a former player who has friends in the team. If Newton needed Jones to help him with the playbook that’s not a state secret. Why would you need to hide that truth?
