He noticed she painted a portrait of him…she agreed to come to his house. He thought he’d shoot his shot. She rebuffed him. He never touched her. It was ludicrous that he was accused of “sexual misconduct“ for this and convicted by the media.

His response to this woman was tame.

I’m sure AB isn’t some guy I’d want my daughter dating. Same with about 90% of professional athletes. That doesn’t matter.

I think you’re being very unfair to ‘Tonio and the Iceman. Who among us hasn’t walked up to a kneeing female finishing up a painting in our home, while naked other than a washcloth over our dongs? That is no way deviant behavior. If that were to happen to our wives or daughters, we would surely let it go, because after all there was no physical contact, so it’s no biggie. Amirite?

AB hired her to paint some art work for him, then after she completed it he refused to pay her for it. Deus you are a lawyer, why don’t you explain to us what law he broke?? Then when she complained on record he hadn’t paid her, while he was being sued for sexual assault, he decided it would be in great taste to text pictures of her kids to his buddies and her.

How many consecutive times can you be wrong? Moving the goalposts from sexual assault to lack of payment for services. Such a dishonest, pretzel twisting attempt to turn it into a crime rather than admit you were wrong.
