Ian Logue
It appears Patriots center David Andrews will be moving on in free agency and his tenure with the Patriots is over.

It will be interesting on how they replace him as I hope they don't roll with Karras. I had a feeling both Thuney and Andrews would walk, but didn't think Bill would be as close as we heard he was in the running to bring back Thuney.

Good player. But, he missed 2019 because of a medical condition. Hard to give a lot of guaranteed money to a player like that. Best wishes wherever he goes. He’s a champ

He was great in Foxboro
Only good luck and good health first of all , David

Good player with Patriots. I don't blame a player like him for going for the best deal he can get within reason since with his medical condition this upcoming deal could be his one big contract. He deserves the opportunity to make the most out of it. He was missed a lot in 2019. But given the Patriots track record in not doing a good job drafting receivers, it made sense to load up more on receivers/tight ends and less on the line where they have done a better job in the draft and with undrafted players.

Gonna miss ya Bear! You will always be a Patriot, a Champion and a Leader. Wish you good fortune and health in the future.

Then he should've been closer...A back-loaded 5/$80M contract was not insurmountable.

Hate to see him go, I was hoping they could get a deal done.

Is there any actual evidence anywhere that the team and Andrews aren't still talking? All I'm seeing is speculation from media, not even a "source close to the team" quote.

It's not often (or at all) that we get a chance to give some grief to @Ian . I say we take full advantage of it while we can.

If a player leaves to check out other teams but comes back with a new contract does that mean his time was over and this is a new beginning?
