Sure, but he has not played any significant time as tackle. I am not sure there is a team that would risk signing him as a LT starter with his resume.
They know him from way back - everyone in the league knows he can play LT. There are not 32 better starting LTs in the league - teams have needs and OT market is full of old injured man.
In any case - as his manager id ask every team calling - “What about LT?“
