well no, it didn't impede him at all....he, intelligently, dove as the ball went by to sell it.......but it wasn't even close to multiple other plays in the defensive backfield on both sides that went uncalled......they had to call it, but it was inconsequential

with the game on the line that was the weakest defended play i've seen......D was literally backpedaling and playing angles.....with the game on the line, if you don't stop him in the first 3, game over......not many ears pinned back on he D on that one
