Best Article Andy Hart Has Ever Written In His Life.

Culture is important, but we are unlikely to have a winning season this year with our culture and there’s no guarantee of a winning season next year with our culture. At the end of the day you need a lot of things to win in the NFL, and talent is right at the top.

"you need a lot of things to win in the NFL, and talent is right at the top.", yeah, right after culture...

Agree. However we KNOW a team will not win Super Bowls with crappy culture.

Andy might be an idiot sometimes but I miss him on PFW in Progress. Mike Dussalt is pretty vanilla and Megan O'Brien is horrendous.

I don't miss Fred Kirsch or the Hart/Perillo impersonation of Statler and Waldorf from The Muppets. They drove me nuts

I love Fred and Paul. Fred is an over the top homer and Paul thinks everyone sucks. Andy was always the one you never knew which way he would go.

If it’s really all about work ethic culture then this offseason Stidham HAS to go. If behind the scenes, he isn’t busting his ass harder than ever before and has more important priorities, he needs to go. If it’s really about talent culture, and Stidham doesn’t give off even the slightest impression that he can throw/run more than 125 yds of total offense a game, he has to go.

O'Brien tries to be the "edgy, hates everything" role and it's just not working.

Yes. Have to go all out to grow and compete all the time.

It's why Cam is the choice. He gives 150% and spends the most time of any player or staff in the building each and every day. Culture and long view. Stidham is probably home at 6 every day to his new wife.

Great article. The video clip of Kelce is the best part. Hart wrote, "It’s always about the culture under Belichick in New England, whether outsiders like it or not." Outsiders starts with idiots like Tanguay.

Great article! Thanks for posting it.

There were rumors about Stid's work ethic being a bit "less" than what they expect but i'm not sure they are true. I think if they were true Hoyer would be #2

That Tanguay article from earlier this week was epic.

I give him credit. He writes/says **** that compels fans to read and react. The problem is he is so over the top he can't be taken seriously.
