Is he the worst player in the HOF with this under 4YPC career stat line? I think so. Certainly top 3. The worst HOFer is Dungy though. Literally has no claim to fame other than winning a SB with Peyton Manning because Goodell wanted Manning to win one and stop NE from winning them. Dungy hired in Indy to build a D............Except he never did it.

A guy born in 1935 would still be in his late 50s early 60s in the 90s when a picture like that was probably taken.
