They were considered that after they blew out GB and Oakland in back-to-back weeks.
They were a consensus top 3 team in the power rankings at the time but I don't think anyone said they were a better team than the Chiefs.

Chiefs unfortunately look like the team to beat and are in great shape to repeat assuming there is a Super Bowl this year. Pitt is right there but I wonder how much of a product they are of their very soft schedule.

At no point this season were the Bucs the best team in football...
Being considered the best during the regular season is usually a curse towards winning the SB. How many SB did NE win as favorite? There were usually 1 or 2 hot picks before them in the years that they won the SB.

Other top teams that fell flat on their face, Rams to NE in their 1st meeting, 2007 Pat's, 15-1 Cam mvp, Colts almost annually in the 2010s, 55 TD Manning with Broncos, legion of doom vs Pat's.

The clown level in here is all time bad worse fans than Jets fans
Very serious question...

Which is a more accurate nickname for Tompa in Tampa?

a) Two Yard Tompa......a reflection on Brady's precision as a LOS screen passer during his prime NE years
b) Twenty Yard Tompa......a reflection of Tompa's determination to complete a long ball while carpetbagging in the Southeast

Apparently Brady didn't shake Goff's hand just went to the locker room after losing. Same with losing to Foles earlier this year. I know Brady hates losing. But It doesn't look great. Comes off as an immature sore loser .

He is sore loser but that is also why he is the winningest QB in NFL history too. I mean would you rather have Aaron Rodgers who after he lost a heart breaker to the Colts when he had his team up two scores jogs onto the field and laughs and hugs Rivers and chats it up with half the Colts team? I mean I get the whole be a good sportsman but the guys obsessed with winning are never satisfied with losing that is what makes them great.

I don't disagree. Just that the media onslaught may increase as he has a history of this including some high profile run aways during playoff losses.

He is always a story for the media with everything he does or does not do. Doubt it bothers him much at this point of his career.

He's acting like a baby when he does that.

Sure. So? Jordan was a baby and a jerk and is celebrated for it because he was a winner. And winners are always obsessed with winning.

So then why does he lie about it? After the Bears game, he said he didn't even think about shaking Nick Foles' hand, which is a total fabrication since he always shakes hands after a win.

Brady is not the only guy in the league obsessed with winning. Cam is too. Laid an egg in the SB. He had a lot more reason to be disappointed than Brady did the other night and yeah he had a pouty press conference but he still looked for Manning and shook his hand after the game.

Brady should do the same. It’s good sportsmanship and Brady is the face of the league. I don’t like it when Bill doesn’t do it either.

I don’t think Brady is that well liked or respected by the general NFL fan and that sucks. Jealousy is part of that for sure, also partially because of his lifestyle, a lot of it from the fallout from deflategate, plus the dude tbh is kinda arrogant. I hear this from non Patriots fans.

He can’t do anything about the first 3 but he definitely can about the latter. He should greet the opponent and shake their hand win or lose no matter who they are. Not act like it’s a privilege and you have to earn that right to have him look for you after a loss.

This wasn't a problem when he was a Patriots, but now that he's with the Bucs, it is. That's puzzling to me. Wonder what has made him change.

Not sure why they are doing it now, but I'm glad they are calling him out. He loves to run to the middle of the field for a photo op with the other QB when he wins, but runs away when he loses.

He does shake hands when he loses but it seems with only guys who are his “equals”. Brees yes. Foles and Goff - no.

I’d say Cam hates losing as much as Brady does. But he still shakes the opponents hand or greets them after the game. Like in SB50.
