Physical? The guy is perpetually injured since day one! If CBs my size injure him what will playing against much larger LB defenders do to him?
I think you may subconsciously want him dead.
While I agree he’s been injured a lot since he was drafted...I don’t believe he had those issues in college. My motorcycle analogy...if your riding scared and overly defensive...you may be more prone to an accident and injury (I’ve been riding about 40 yrs). All I’m saying is it can’t go any worse then it has been for him up to this point...so why not try it.

He used to be fair and honest. Now he just posts numerous sanctimonious posts about the greatness of Tampa and how awful the Patriots. You have always been the negative Nellie of posters, every board has them. You are old and grumpy and think you know more than BB and the Patriots, but you are always consistent. You like him now because he is agreeing with your negative rants. Kontra is a Brady lover, which is fine but he should head over to the Tampa forum, where amfootball and 203 can talk about the greatness of Brady all they want over there. Just always remember, if it weren’t for BB, Brady never would have made a play in the NFL.
Way off, which isn’t a surprise. But anything less than ballwashing BB and every single player on this forum is a minus for you. I still have one of those ugly Pats hats from 1995 - the first year I started following the team. Further, everyone should love or respect Brady for what he’s done for this franchise. He took a perennial door mat (a few non-Super Bowl winning exceptions aside) to a franchise with 6 titles and did so while leaving cap room to keep the roster loaded and let BB do his thing from a personnel standpoint. On top of that, unless the two teams meet in the Super Bowl (which they won’t... at least this season IMO), what Tampa does has zero negative effect on the Pats. The only people here who can’t understand that are people who, for whatever reason, hero worship the coach and have some weird rooting interest for him before the team itself. If they meet in the Super Bowl, I’m rooting for the Pats to destroy them. Not sure how much more blunt I can be about that but people such as yourself tend to be a bit slow on the pick-up. But keep nipping at my heels like the little chihuahua you are. It genuinely warms my heart to see how salty you are. I just wish I could remember what I said about you that caused said saltiness.

Dude? All I can say is I hope today is better for you.
You really need to get over yourself and find a sense of humor, my friend. Life isn’t that serious.

Now... back to the subject at hand. Bust is synonymous with tits. Bust describes N’Keal Harry so far. Hopefully he proves me wrong. See? Train back on the tracks.

My sense of humor is fine Kontra. Just not what I expected to see this morning.
If it makes ya feel good to grind on this player, so be it.

Worship the team, worship the laundry, worship that hat from 1995. That is what people like you don't get Kontra. When Tom moved on I stopped caring about him, I appreciate all he did, but just like when Curtis Martin moved on, or Lawyer Milloy moved on, I stopped following or caring about them. When BB moves on I will stop caring about what he does from then on. I will always be thankful for the amazing years Tom gave us, but just like every other player, when he moved on he stopped being a Patriot. When he stops playing and retires in a few years I will be happy and wish him the best.

All that being said, you were wrong about Myers plays coming at the expense of Harry, and I correctly mentioned you were wrong, they were actually coming from Edelman and you got all sad and salty and had to have everyone's favorite pats homer Triumph come and back you up.

Actually Newton joked about Myers taking over Edelman's snaps and catches in his press conference, if you bother to watch it.

Actually, it doesn’t. Because it means my team is worse off for it. But I’m not going to be dishonest in my thoughts. I’ve done everything from analyze his routes, where Cam looked to be in his progressions when he got open, and sifted through pre-draft reports on him in this thread. If you think that isn’t adding to the forum, then that’s your cross to bear.

Of course, you and others choose to ignore this, but I went to bat for Harry quite a bit in 2019. I said his ceiling, and how he needed to play, was akin to Anquan Boldin and Michael Thomas. Not a burner, but a physical player who should pay dividends in the red zone first right out of the gates. I also defended him by pointing out his injury, missed time, the fact that he was in the most difficult offense to transition into right out of college, and the fact that he was dealing with the most demanding and turnover adverse QB in the league. What’s funny is I don’t seem to remember you and others (outside of FCB, of course) taking issue with that. Not a single peep about the praise and positivity. Hell, I even mocked him to the Pats in one of the few mock drafts I did that year. Turns out, I’ve been wrong about him so far. Instead of sticking to my guns about it, I’ve become critical. You should take notes. That’s how growth happens. When you can recognize that you were wrong in your initial optimism and adjust your expectations and criticism accordingly.

Then why didn’t Meyers snaps increase after Edelman went down? Why did they only increase after Harry went down and why did he play a greater percentage of snaps even when Harry came back? You never answered that question. You instead chose to go the ol’ ad hom route I’m assuming because you couldn’t defend your point. Then you cried when I returned the favor.

That was funny, "subconsciously want him dead" LOL

You make some good points here. The one that surprises me personally is that I thought i would really care about Tom's success with TB. I was excited to see how that team did and how long Tom can be the QB we were accustomed seeing play, but after watching the Bucs commit a ton of penalties one game (can't remember the game) I realized I didn't care enough to watch their games as intently as i was thinking I would. I hope he piles up a ton of TD passes and lands at the top of every stat in the history of the NFL, but I could care less about that football team, which is a bummer because i wanted another team to (at least half-heartedly) root for.

Climb Aboard!!! N'Keal Train is leaving the station...Chooooo....Chooo.

Meh. I wish him all the success in the world unless he plays us. Then I hope he gets hit so many times that he has to exit the game.

Kontra is probably the nicest guy on the forum

His go to is claiming other posters live unhappy lives if they don’t believe every player on the roster is an all pro. As far as I’m concerned it says more about him than it does about anyone he’s b*tching at.

Agree. NKeal Harry has shown nothing to suggest he's a physical player. He plays with zero toughness. I don't see him as a tight end. He's not a NFL player

.

Now you need to relax here.

I don't think anyone on this board does that.
And you are welcome to hate on Bill all you want. I hope you enjoy it.

I remember reading somewhere that he had multiple concussions before the NFL. May not be true but I believe it to be so.

I’m embarrassed for you at this point. You try far too hard.
