If I had the time, or was one of those people who run football analytics sites, I would create a metric comparing how every QB performed relative to their peers in any given year, and use that metric to quantify who is statistically the best (please note that "statistically the best" does not equal "the GOAT").With the rule changes favoring offences, all these regular season passing records will be broken in no time. The only records that will stand the test of time for Brady are the ones that count, playoff records.
Off the top of my head, I'd bet Baugh, Unitas and Marino would sure give a lot of fellas a run for their money.
