Yea, I guess this was late in the game when it didn't matter if the Jets kept the ball and made a few first downs, just sit back there and see if someone gets lucky comes open, just check down to the running back , or keep it for a 15 yard run. I'm just curious if anybody knows what became of that play.

When Jim McMahon was at BYU setting passing records left and right, one of their opponents rushed zero and dropped 11 guys in coverage on most plays, figuring that there can only be 5 eligible receivers so they would all be double-covered...in theory. In practice, having all that time allowed guys to break free and McMahon still picked them apart.
