Just finished watching the game...it was a win so happy for that. Some good performances but equally some bad ones. Just think we have so many injuries and players opting out does not make this team look solid at all. A long way to go as they say. Just don t know what to expect against the Ravens.

Honestly I do not know what to think about this game. Ok, I am good we won it. On the other hand our team did not look good in some areas against the worst team in entire league. Call me an arrogant but during that game I had feelings Jets did not want to win it. 12 men on the field and that Flacco's interception looked a bit suspicious.

I have this feeling too. Take the last play of the game. Pass by Newton with 8s left in the middle of the field. Meyer caught it and fall to the ground untouched with 3s left if you don’t touch him the time runs out and you go to overtime.

All this game showed me is that Cam can play very well if someone just gets open. He is being unfairly judged and it shows the lack of football IQ of posters here. Banged up OL, trash receivers, no tight ends and running back committee. Cam needs a few guys that will make his life a little easier. All QBs don't make receivers better like TB12, some need good receivers to bail them out sometimes, that's Cam. And at that point his legs become lethal when the D has to account for both WR and QB

What about the tight end situation?

Sure they need to upgrade there too. I just think that if they had one more weapon on both sides of the ball the coverages change enough to win some of these close games.

Some folks need to go and watch some tape of the 1990 team. We have been spoiled rotten the last 20 years.
Why would you say that?

Would it because people are making fun of a win or lessening the value of it because of who "their" team played?

Would it be because people actually think that players on both theams are throwing the game on purpose? (same people who have probably never played sports in their life).

Would it because people are under the illusion that a #1 draft pick QB is the mecca land to get to if you want to win a superbowl?

I happen to agree with you 100% and I've only been a fan of the Patriots this year, my first year.

I stayed up to finish the game on TV and was very happy for the win. I had mentioned before in another post that if Cam blew this game and sucked, he would probably be out the door. Cam played a good game (not perfect by any means) and it seemed everyone stepped up when they had to in the second half. It's something to build on.

I read a lof of these negative posts about actually winning a game and I'm left thinking that a bunch of New England fans really are a bunch of spoiled jerks. Yes, I get it, I'm new, but still, people here seem very spoiled.

One thing I didn't like watching the game, and perhaps it was just me, but it seems like the pats receivers were trying to be outright fancy by stopping after they got the ball instead of just going "north-south". I believe, and I could be wrong, on more than one occasion the pats came up short of a first down by a yard or two just because the receiver stopped trying to make a move when all they had do just move forward for those small yards.

I don't get to watch pat's games regularly due to my location, so I actually enjoyed the game.

Liked watching a comeback actually work...receivers need to catch the ball and go upfield, too much dancing

Re Harris : Cant see much other than it is thought to be a chest injury but no word on how bad it could be

The Jets absolutely needed to lose that game. You don't give up on Lawrence at 0-8. The Jags have only one win so the race is on between them.
