They are signing all of their draft choices. Evidently they feel it’s important to do so now.

Anyone know the rules as far as playbooks and film study and other tasks that can be done in COVID environment when NOT signed? I would guess they expedited signing this year to be able at a minimum to execute whatever team-based activities allowable in this COVID time especially without reps the rookies normally get in OTAs, mini and camp respectively none of which are assumed to happen this season until otherwise decided.
