It will be interesting to see I guess. All the people who have already put Tampa into the Super Bowl are being a little premature. Sad to see him go though. Time for the next guy to step up.

That suggested an interesting proposition bet to me:

Which team will win more games in the next NFL season, Tampa Bay or New England?

How do you think the Vegas action would fall out on that one?

When I was composing it I was trying to decide which way I’d bet myself, as well as which way I’d expect the book to lean. I don’t have as much confidence in the TB offense being as superior as people expect, and I am more optimistic about the Pats than I think most people are. So I think the betting line would favor TB and I’d be my usual contrarian. But it’s no slam dunk, at least not in my mind.
