First time since moving to 4 divisions per conference, 4 AFC division winners repeat

The AFC divisional winners this year NE, Baltimore, Houston and KC are the same as last year. It's never been done in the NFC. Granted it's only an 18 year sample but it does speak to how hard it is to repeat in a division and the Pats just did it for the 11th straight time and 17th out of 19 attempts. Throw in 17 straight double digit win seasons, working on the 9th straight AFCCG appearance.....
 
And the two we didn't win were lost on tie-breakers....
 
It'll be really something if all three of our losses were to the other AFC division winners... and we still win the Super Bowl. I'm guessing that too would be a first.

Don’t know about the AFC but I think the 2011 Giants did it... lost to all 3 NFC division champs and won the SB. Helped them to face a Pats team that beat zero winning teams during the season.
 
Not surprised about the precedent-breaker...there are a LOT of awful teams in the AFC this season...just look at the Pats' first-half schedule for proof...
