NFL GAME DAY DISCUSSION Week 16 Other Games Thread

It’ll be interesting to see what happens when Roman gets a head coaching job. It feels insulting to say that Lamar would he hurt that much but, it could take them down a notch or two.

You almost have to wonder if you’d rather have Roman than Harbaugh.

NFL asking Pats for emails and texts in the filming of Bengals coaches backs on the sidelines. This isn't going to end well. What a joke.

Jackson isn't going to play more that 10 years like this. His body won't last
Vick stayed mostly healthy, aside from going to jail, he played 16 games most of his career.

Jackson's eyes moved like a clock & he's been doing that since college. Beautiful execution & patience.

One of these days -- maybe next season -- someone will absolutely obliterate Jackson on one of his runs.

Or he will try to make a cut and injure his knee.

Have to bring your A game against a team like Baltimore.

They will come back down to earth next season either way. Similar to KC offense from 18 to 19. Always happens.

His career as a starter was over by 32

Playoff thoughts.

AFC

If Baltimore wins they lock it up. It will be interesting to see what they do next week if that happens. A lot of coaches hate the idea of 2 bye weeks for their key players.

Pats as we know are in wait and see mode with KC.

KC has a big game and are trying to avoid an upset and force us to play next hard next week.

Houston is now locked in and doesn't care, which is HUGE for the Titans. They will no doubt rest next week.

The Bills are also locked in and will take next week to rest which will effect nothing.

The Titans and Steelers are 8-6 and looking to get that final spot. Both are in tight games. If the Titans win this game vs NO they likely go 10-6 due to Houston likely sitting next week. The Ravens may well sit next week too (they are the team Pitt plays). If Both teams finish tied the Steelers get in almost certainly. Personally I'd prefer the Titans in. They are more likely to upset someone than the Steelers IMO.

NFC

Eagles and Dallas playing for the the 4th seed today. Who cares. They are not getting out of round 1.

As for anything else it is hard to say. The 49ers, Seahawks, Saints, Vikings and Packers are all locked in but we have no idea who is what seed yet.

Key games are of course. This week, Vikings @ GB Next week SF @ Seattle

Here are the games for all the teams.

NO : Titans , @ Car
Minn GB Bears
Seattle: Cards @ SF
SF: (won) Sea
GB: Minn @ Det

they’re going to get hit hard no matter what. They admitted rules were broken. I doubt we will see suspensions unless Bill or Josh was involved.

Would seem to be easy to prove there’s no connection, but they may use some crazy mental gymnastics to get there.

Ravens are something like 20 yards away from the Patriots season rushing record.

Never thought I’d see that broken in this era.

edit: misread it. They have 155 today so far and they now need 177 over the last 5 quarters of the season.

Only thing that might stop them is if they rest players next week.

best rushing QB of all time and elite OL. Jackson contributes 80 ypg so they only need 120 ypg from their RBs and FB

People keep saying he will, but look at cam newton, RG3 and countless other running QBs

There is a reason the shelf live of running backs is around 5 years. And jackson is a running back first.

Rudolph is hurt, Hodges coming back in LMAO

....and there is a reason Tom is still playing at 42.
