Ummm. We need it to clinch the bye, no ?
Not if KC loses tomorrow. And even so we should be able to beat Miami without them.

OK, it was obvious they were going to go to screen plays against Buffalo, because Buffalo is bad against them, but I did say that last week in the Buffalo thread, but...

...that was the key to this game.

Nice to see Sony running well and Harry contributing. Burkhead had a good game.

Burkhead had an OK game. His fumble hurt the team.. He made up for it later, but still hurt.

Was Gilmore even targeted today or did the Bills wisely stay away from him?

That's the final stage of being a shutdown corner, when they don't even try to go at you.

The Bills TD to Brown was against Gilmore/McCourty. I don't know who you'd call the targeted defender.

Where's billsbillsdildomafia?

Committed to the run.

Opened up the middle of the field for play action

Aside from those 3 plays, our D was great.

Big ups to Guy who single-handedly stopped numerous Bills running plays.

And Sony on offense who ran decisively.

And to McD for committing to run the damn ball which helped our passing game immensely.

I love beating the bills, their fans hate us so much and the patriots absolutely own them. Even sweeter to take the division from them on the same day. Offense still isn’t perfect but they weren’t completely inept today.

OL was the difference. This is what it looks like when they can run the ball and give Brady time to throw..even with these WRS

Probably McDaniels best day all season...

Bills twitter pins the loss on the refs...never would have guessed it

Brady grabs a ankle. No facemask called we could of used the 15 yards. Patriots moved the ball before the chains came out. When is the NFL going to wake up to the Patriots deviousness. They are cheaters from the word go.

They maddd

Pretty sure that was DMac? Unless Gilmore blew the coverage so early that McCourty was covering for him I guess

Gilmore was playing Brown in Man coverage and got juked on a double move. DMAC had been the over the top coverage and was left by himself because of the juke.

Right on, I put it against McCourty but could definitely be wrong, hard to really know with any confidence until we see the all 22

I don’t know about the offense, I don’t know about the health... but even in the losses, you could see the heart.

Despite plenty of up n downs in the last month, I never doubted TB’s desire to win. This team seemed to get the message. Drops for two weeks. Today, they grabbed the ball.

Great win, hope the offense continue to improve.. Maybe rest Edelman next game thinking about the playoffs

Great win.

But I’m finally starting to respect Josh Allen. He made some great throws today.

This defense is as good in terms of talent as those Legion of Boom Seahawks teams (and Gilmore is arguably better than prime Sherman), but the coaching is much better. It's an historically good defense.

Shaq Mason is back in top form and the running game is correspondingly good again.

Wynn and Harry both belatedly look like worthy 1st rounders.

Meyers might be better than Sanu at this point. The rookie receivers have promise.

This team can win the Super Bowl but it will be ugly. That's fine. Last year's Super Bowl was the ugliest game ever.

Wouldn't shock me to see the Bills in the AFCCG this year. Allen is good. His accuracy still isn't quite there.

He had initial coverage for the play that Brown scored on. McCouty was supposed to be safety help. Between the two of them they went oh for two.

I’ve been hard on Sony because he hasn’t looked good at all, but he looked more shifty this week and broke some tackles. Good to see.
