Bring in WRs for Workouts

I wonder how many people who whine about Sanu actually noticed that Sanu had fewer snaps (19) than Harry due to still being hobbled by the high ankle sprain. They literally just brought him onto the field for third downs or bigger plays and even then he could only cut into one direction.

And still had 5 targets. Hopefully he can get healthy quickly

He probably needs to sit for a couple of games but the Pats don’t have the depth at WR to let that happen.

The offense was pretty much F U C K E D once Andrews, Develin, and Wynn got hurt...and Gronkowski announced his retirement 2 weeks after free agency started ...
Bill brought in a bunch of spare parts - Harris, Inman, etc - at receiver because Bill envisioned a 1990 Giants/late 2018 Pats offense...run, run, convert 50%+ of your 3d and 2/3s, score 20-24 points, control clock, and dominate on teams and D...

Subtract Wynn, Andrews, Gronkowski (or a decent blocking TE and the German FB too) and you cannot run the offense you planned to run. Christ, they drafted a ****ing punter bc they knew the team would be based on running, ball control, and defense...

We need to find to find an identity. Hopefully Meyers can continue to improve.

I want to run the ball down teams throats like last year. I miss devlin so much. I’m a huge fan of implementing a full back, and he’s just phenomenal in that role.

Maybe they can build on last nights performance against a solid run defense. Need Wynn to stay healthy.

this still looks like a 13-3 or 14-2 finish. Hopefully 14-2 with HFA

Crabtree, Dez, or Kelvin Benjamin.

Jackson played WR early in college didn't he? Maybe he can join Roberts as an Iron Man.

(kidding, before anyone tries to teach me something).

Don't care that there is only 3 weeks left.

Bring in Dez, Garcon, Crabtree. One of them has to be worth a spot, even if its only for insurance. We are an injury away from having Slater lined up in the slot.

Early leader for worst idea of the week.

I know it feels late in the season, and in a way it is, but a lot can change in a month. That’s a lot of practices, a lot of repetition. Where they are today doesn’t have to be where they are in January.

Lay off the crack, Jack

Honestly, now I am thinking... Do we rest him the rest of the regular season? This may honestly work out better in the long run

He has a say in that choice. But I’m not sure how you could at this point. Until Harry and/or Meyers shows some kind of tangible improvement, Sanu’s got to play. But yeah, it would be good for the sprain if he did rest.

Good for the sprain, bad for the brain. I have faith he'll "get it" with Brady, but I'd rather have some regular season time for that to happen then just hope they pick it up in January. Of course, it's all for nothing if he can't physically get where he's supposed to be anyway, so it's not really ideal either way.

Yep. Not ideal either way but they need to play him and hope that the ankle heals based purely on necessity.

I suppose best case scenario he guts through, keeps earning whatever trust he can with Brady, does just enough to help us win a bye week, then gets those two weeks to rest it before the big games. But this year, I'm not really banking on best case scenarios.

I think Kelvin Benjamin can now play TE.
Where is Seferian-Jenkins?
