I dunno, I think that a guy like Deebo would have fit. I really wanted Renfrow, but he hasn't significantly outperformed N'Keal despite being active in 8 more games.

I really like Deebo Samuel but again, different coaches, different systems, different QB.

Don't forget DK Metcalf's Slot running mate A.J. Brown and the kid Washington got in the Third Round Terry McLaurin.

Huh?? the Patriots are not the standard for Drafting Receivers.

A lot of Draftnicks Manx especially loved Deebo Samuel for us the Patriots are horrible evaluators at the position and that's proven.

I loved Hardman. His speed is exactly what this team could use right now. But I don’t think he’d be nearly as effective with us as a rookie because his route running still needs a lot of work.

Yes. Some systems and QBs fit some receivers better.

A lot of Draftnicks Manx especially loved Deebo Samuel for us the Patriots are horrible evaluators at the position and that's proven.

I'd contend up to this year they haven't really tried. 20 years of drafting WRs and they've picked in the top 3 rounds a total of 3 times.

There is a reason for that.

Second year man James Washington finally hitting his stride in Pittsburgh 30 - 578 - 3TD's - 19.3 avg.

Yeah. They pick them up mostly via FA or trades. The need to draft one wasn’t there. They took one this year and the early ROI is behind some of his peers even when adjusted for time lost. Harry has many different challenges in this offense than a guy like Metcalf has in Seattle, though.

And I think J Meyers Route running is underrated that sideline comeback catch was beautiful.

Yeah. Now he just needs to learn that the “gun” sign means go. Not hook or comeback.

After looking at that and being depressed, think of who won two of the last 3 Super Bowls and that should cheer you up a little.
Oh, look at you being all positive and ****. There’s no time for that around these parts, pal.

You never know maybe it's our system whose not to say If we would of picked D. Samuel he would be having the same season as N'Keal here and 49ers draft N'Keal and he's putting up Samuels numbers, we'll see how Harry pans out.

Definitely.

Those are 2 different things but I agree. The run and runs since 01 have been amazing.

It's just amazing to me the misses at the WR position and what is being produced in that draft right now.

I know injuries hurt Harry and it's early but...still gets me meh

You'd have to believe that if Harry was showing everything he needed to show in practice, that one or two mistakes in the game wouldn't be enough to pull him off the field. More than likely he's been inconsistent in practice (which is not shocking for a rookie who missed half the season), so his leash is shorter.

If that's NOT the case, they need to give him more rope while there's still time left in the season for him to ramp up. But my money is still on him not earning that yet.

I'm ok with general criticism and the occasional ***** session. Its a fan board and thats fine. I do the same thing.

What I don't like is a constant harping, complaining and whining of every little thing. AB, drafting WRs, shoulda signed X player....ugh.
Yeah there is nothing wrong with being pissed about a loss and complaining about how.
But it’s the endless doom and gloom that is entirely tone deaf to what this team has done and the fact that they have overcome something just as bad or worse before.
To me the fun is the competition and to essential concede just makes no sense to me. What does that accomplish?

Gasper was on Felger and Mazz and said his source told him Harry has been bad at practice.
