I live in England and have been to the London games each of the last 3 years at Wembley (We went Sunday Jags vs Texans) and I do enjoy the day out, but I think having franchise based here is going to be a lot harder then what most people seem to think it will be. The games pretty much sell out for 3/4 games a season in London but i'm not sure if they would for 8 home games, season after season, especially as we all have our own NFL teams already. The Jags have done alot of work in the local communities over the last 6/7 years to establish themselves in London- to see the Chargers jump in now would be very strange. I'm not sure how it would work with regards to paying taxes, and attracting free agents. I can't see that many players would be keen to sign up to work over here without getting paid more for it which I'm sure would bring an issue with the salary cap. I think the NFL would be better off just giving us a few more games here ( if they are so keen to develop the game further) and we can continue to watch our current teams when they do come over, or just go and watch a random game if The Pats aren't playing.
