no. Consistently got beat today by John Brown.

I don’t think Brown was a great matchup for Gilmore, Brown is speedy and quick. Would have been a waste to have him on anyone else though. All things considered I thought he didn’t just fine.

Folks, Ben Watson isn't a magic elixir, hate to break it to you...

While this game wasn't pretty, at least they got through with no injuries right.

First time in a few games that's happened.

If I hadnt seen these types if stinkers from Brady himself and O once or twice a year I'd be worried. I've seen Brady look this bad 10 years ago....if it becomes a trend or strung together I'd worry. Until then on to next week

The Patriots were playing with 2 injured WRs (Edelman, Gordon) and another WR (Meyers) who has no business being in the team's top 4. There's little doubt that having "he" would have dramatically impacted that Patriots offensive game, for the better. But that stll doesn't excuse the level of offensive suck we saw out there.

I was halfway kidding about AB and 3 TDs, but in all seriousness, I think we have to remember that Belichick / McDaniels rarely empty out the kitchen sink this early in the year. The offense, at this stage, is rather vanilla by design. And to be fair, it worked splendidly. 4-0 is 4-0.

We were very fortunate to come out of there with the W. Bills defense looked like the 07 and 12 giants out there.
Very good comparison....McD couldn’t figure out any adjustments then....and couldn’t do it again today....

Brady had 2.5 receivers to throw to today ... with a fierce pass rush.
He had less than 3 seconds to throw ... most times it was less than 2 seconds with no legit TE.
Meyers is pretty well useless ... the right move was to keep AB here.

Not sure how you can say Meyers was useless when he was rarely on the field.
Not sure how you can say Brady had only 2.5 receivers when Julian was playing as well. Julian, Gordon and Dorsett all dropped catchable balls.

What I saw was an offense that didn't give enough respect to the Bills Edmunds. He singlehandedly blew up several plays. I understand why the Bills made him a 1st round pick. I don't remember a play where wasn't in position. And that speaks a lot about the Patriots preparation more than anything. It's unlike them to make that sort of mistake with their Game Prep..

Bills fans were screaming their a**es off!

I meant in terms of generating big plays. They aren’t Barley and CMC. You obviously did see a different game. Open your eyes.

I don't need to open my eyes. They are open. Your's, on the other hand, clearly don't have a clue what they are actually seeing.

White and Michel may not be Barkley or CMC, but claiming that they are just "OK" is plain asinine and speaks volumes about your lack of understanding of the game.

The offense will get fixed. Watson is now back, need to sure up the o-line.

The defense is phenomenal.

At the end of the day, the Pats are 4-0, 3-0 in the division with two road wins.
let's hold back on the phenomenal part until we actually play a team with a QB...Yes, we beat the rapist in game 1, rest have been rookies and back ups.

I think the penalty on Jones was the right call given the ****ification rules that are now running the NFL. I don't know what you can do if you are a 180lb DB trying to keep a 240lb QB from falling forward for a first down. Maybe you call it dumb if he had 5 yds to get the first down, but in this case if he hadn't hit him hard he'd have got the first down.

I mean if you look at it closely, it was Allen who initiated the contact to Jones' head. Allen had declared a runner. If the runner had been Gore would it have been called. Or worse penalizing Gore for lower his head.

I have no F*cking idea how this game is to be called. Extraordinarily hard game to call these days for the refs. I'm not angry at them, but angry at the rules that make every play suspect.

I don’t think JJ was trying to hit him with his helmet. I think Allen ducked down to his level. You’re right, Allen dwarfs Jones and put himself in play.

I have one issue with the Pats offense. It is short on designed plays. With our system the play usually depends on what the defense does as that dictates how the offense runs their routes.

But what if the offensive players try to make adjustments after the snap and it still doesn't work? That happened a lot today. The Patriots need more designed plays to get guys open when the defense is suffocating.

I don't think they should change their offensive system cause i like it and it works well against even good defenses if you have good play makers and a QB that can fit it in. When it isn't working though they need to go to designed plays to try to spring people.

1. Blueprint is now out to rattle this O.

2. Defense was huge today led by Van Noy. If they can keep this up they will take us deep.

3. Take the win and run. A win is a win and weve seen this before!

4. See above. Not worried about TB12 and not panicking.

what blueprint? It's been known since 2002...get up the middle pressure on Brady and he folds.

That's why NYJ got Quinnen and BUF Ed Oliver....

With McDermott as HC BUF has kept NE under 25 ppg in 4 of the last 5 games.
