Incredibly impressed by the defensive effort in Buffalo. Those guys aren't going away anytime soon and they just gave TB12 one of his least comfortable games in a long time.

I'm one of the guys who was saying, don't ignore these guys, but even didn't expect them to give TB12 such a hard time.

Assuming Josh Allen doesn't get sidelined by the hit by J. Jones for any great length of time I expect these Bills to make the playoffs. Depending on how things go that may wind up being our toughest game all year in retrospect.

Troo. Major props to that stifling, cloying D.

We are lucky Bills have no QB.

Our O made them look good.

I know that was a fustrating game to watch for a Pats fan and a Bills fan, but in terms of football entertainment, do you think neutral observers enjoyed watching two tough Defenses battle it out? I think it was an exciting game, but for me it was frustrating because I wanted the Pats to dominate.

Bills could easily be 1-3 rn if not for awful play from Cinci/NYJ. Their defense is legit but offense is putrid.

Legit besides by far the most important position.

If they had a decent QB, they’d be a SB contender. With Allen I think they’re a fringe wild card contender. He is really bad, and frustratingly bad. Great arm, mobility, and absolutely no idea how to react to a defense coverage. That was the book on him in college, too. Huge strengths, huge weaknesses. QBs like that don’t usually last long or just “grow up” into the position.

Would they have won today with Fitz?

Asking for a friend.

They are at the time but lets see if it keeps up. Definitely the toughest test of at least our First seven games, we were very fortunate to get out of there with a win and thankfully the next meeting will be at Gillette.

So one question:
Who would you rather ... McDermutt or Rex?

I feel like we’ve done this many times before..

Hard to say how good they are. With a healthy Jules and better play calling, I don't think this game would have been as close. Let the season play out and we will see what they are like next time around.

No they’re not. Their D played great, I’ll give ‘em that, but how much of what they did had anything to do with our revolving doors on the OL and WR? This offense is clearly a major work in progress. The play calling and execution are all over the place game to game.

Buffalo’s offense is ****. I wouldn’t be shocked if they finish with a winning record, but that doesn’t make ‘em legit.

Yeah either the Bills are legit or our offense sucks donkey balls. I’d probably guess the latter.

I dunno, maybe they’re legit or maybe this was their Super Bowl like the Jags last year or maybe the injury to Jules and no legit TE option hampered the Patriots today.

No, their Defense is legit. That’s it.

I wouldn't go overboard about the Bills defense. My question is how much did Daboll help with the Bills defensive preparation? It seemed the Bills knew everything that was coming. Pats need to work on predictably with Sony in the game....teams are selling out vs. the run when he's in the game.

FIFY

I'm not sure if it was great defense, our offense being banged up, or a little of both.

They had what? 4 picks and 5 sacks in that game. That's very not legit.
