Once again.
The time Lawyer Milloy was cut was far worse.
That 1st week of 2003 season was the end of the world for sure......
.
BB/Brady have both survived controversy after controversy, but I think a meddling owner can be the one thing that can stop this train.
Not this year obviously, but over time if he keeps inserting himself when it comes to football related decisions.
It will only take one where the Pats struggle on offense where this will be revisited.
I’m more worried about the deterioration of their O-line.
See my prior post.Yes and since we already know what your reaction will be when that time comes it's only fair to make mine known when the sportstalk media that will then be trumpeting that line in terms of the juice being worth the squeeze.
Because he wouldn't have been on the roster at that point anyway. If AB were with a team right now he'd be on the exempt list.
Brady and BB need to walk right into Kraft’s office at the massage parlor and demand Brown to be resigned immediately.
It was a serious/not serious post. How can they make Kraft force Brown to resign?
See my prior post.
This team with AB was as close to a lock for a Super Bowl appearance as a team can get and threw it away because of it. It’s infuriating. The owner, Mr. Happy Ending, took an offense that was all but unstoppable, except at TE, and turned it into a suspect group, and he did that with one hissy fit. It should come as no surprise to people that (reportedly) BB and TB were/are not in lock step with such a move.
It was a serious/not serious post.
Ha ha. I blame auto correct.(sigh) read them both again
resign: voluntarily leave a job or other position.
My theory
- The money used on AB was originally earmarked for a potential gronk return.
- The raiders releasing AB led to BB choosing to go with a rare HOF talent over gronk who alread has one foot out of the league.
- Brady was all in on AB as he saw it as an opportunity to have a receiver with jerry rice impact
- Kraft bent over to media and corporate pressure as always and stupidly released AB.
- Brady and BB are pissed off because the collateral damage is a traded demariyius Thomas, a released HOF reciever in AB, and perhaps no money to lure gronk out of "retirement"
- Kraft has learned nothing from the days of interfering with football operations when parcells was here.
- Kraft owes Tom and BB BIG TIME.
- The fans were robbed of witnessing a qb/ wr combination that wouldve been absolutely special. Fans frustrations lies in what couldve been.
All three of em, huh?
Mr. Kraft has done nothing but make this one of the best organizations in pro sports. He made one huge mistake (Hand-gate). But so has BB (Spygate, Butler benching) & TB (Deflategate. Not attending spring camps etc). And sure, it would've been great to see AB & TB work magic. But he would've done something to get himself cut mid season. Look at the track record. Look at Sunday's tweets. Better now than later in the season.
Fans shouldn't feel robbed of anything. 9 SB trips in 18 years. 6 titles. 13 AFC title game appearances. HOF QB. State of the art facility and stadium. Countless big game moments. Fans have been more than rewarded these past two decades. Some franchises would kill to have even a quarter of the success Mr. Kraft's organization has had.
Frankly, Brady need not be angry at the hand that feeds him. This team might not have all pro players everywhere on offense. But Mr. Kraft has given BB the resources to build an awesome defense. If people want to be upset with anyone, it should be Brown.
Kraft caved to pressure from the slimeball media. Such an ass. Not the first time and probably not the last time he'll bend over.

- What was Brady's mistake in Deflategate?
- How is Brady not attending non-mandatory events a mistake?
- How is Kraft "giving" resources a point of special action, when the CBA requires a minimum spending level?
- In short, how is your post anything but trolling?
TFB and BB wanted him on the field. Makes sense.
Kraft didn’t want him because it was bad for business. (Nike had already axed AB and sponsors were not happy). Also makes sense.
The boss made a decision. What is so hard to understand here?
1. He apparently deflated footballs. Against league rules. Was suspended 4 games. Putting team at disadvantage. Bottom line is he did his team a disservice with the suspension.
2. He never attends mini camps. And Felger has reported that Brady has been whining about the receivers. I sometimes question how much work Brady puts in with the rookies.
3. Kraft hired BB. Gave him his chance. Kraft stayed out of the way. Kraft also didn't gas BB after Spygate.
4. Open for interpretation. Tired of people ripping the best owner in pro sports.
