If you're trying to make the point that all rape is violent or all rape is forcible, then I have no response.

If you are genuinely interested in the law then the answer is yes, there are types of rapes that are not considered forcible rape. Statutory rape is not considered forcible rape (assuming it was otherwise consensual). Date rape and/or raping an intoxicated victim also does not necessarily fall under the context of "forcible rape" from a legal standpoint.

It most certainly does. Forcible rape is defined as intercourse without consent. A victim who is drugged with a roofie or rohypnol or the like can't give consent.........

I think you are confusing forcible with aggravated which involves a threat or degree of violence...

Among others his agent certainly is and his lawyer sure ought to be as are his current employers and teammates. It defies reason he isn't getting that input from any of them. It's kind of surprising to me that Rosenhaus hasn't cut checks for some of those bills, most of what we've heard about doesn't add up to all that much in the grand scheme of things.

There are discrepancies in Antonio Brown’s accuser’s lawsuit. Her complaint alleges that Brown resides in Miami-Dade County and that the alleged rape occurred in his Miami home. But her civil cover sheet says Brown resides in Broward County and the action arose in Broward County.

A search of Broward County property records reveals that Brown purchased a home in Hollywood, FL on March 23, 2017, more than one year prior to the alleged rape (which the complaint says occurred in his home in “Miami”). Hollywood (next town over from me) is in Broward County.

A search of the Miami-Dade County Property Appraiser’s website does not show any real property owned by Antonio Brown in Miami-Dade County.

Although Antonio Brown rented a luxury condominium apartment in Sunny Isles Beach, Miami-Dade County (which is itself the subject of a separate crazy lawsuit), Brown vacated that unit on April 25, 2018, one month before the alleged rape occurred. No other Miami residences.
