These last two ints have been atrocious decisions too. Ryan is, or was, among that 2nd tier top QB. But these last two ints were amateur hour for Ryan. His poor decisions gave the Eagles 3 points and then took 3 from his own team. A 6 point turn in a league where a game is typically decided by less than a TD? That's something a QB can't do to his team and be considered even mid 2nd tier, IMHO.
EDIT: replay shows his arm was hit on that last int.

Anything that involves a clear cut thing like boundaries seems like a no-brainer to allow for review. I'd much rather a hit out of bounds get reviewed than possible PI get reviewed because the former is a lot less subjective.
