Everyone better be ready for all the conspiracy theories because AB gave up 15 to 20 million to "shoot" his way out of town and come join pats nation all per his contract AB got $30 Million in guartenned money but 29 Million was due on the first game day check since the Raiders cut hi m today the 29 Million voids the other 1 million was tied to workout "Bonuses" in which he had to participate in 85% of the off-season schedule and because of the foot and helmet issues he didn't meet the threshold he ends up getting nothing from the Raiders, that why the cut him today and not later in the season which is actually a smart move

Eight hours ago he was a moron to me. Now he's my favorite new Patriot. (To be fair to myself, I did make a post earlier today suggesting he may have orchestrated the whole release from Oakland - he may only be partly crazy rather than full-blown).

The Patriots have become the college football equivalent of the Crimson Tide. Does Alabama win every year? No. But they have the talent to compete every year because they are an institution.

I tell ya, the OL issues are so critical. With just a satisfactory OL it sure seems like the Patriots passing game is going to be a weapon of mass destruction. (side note - if gronk came back, not that i think he will, and was ready by the second half of the season? Wow). But when has Dante not put together at minimum a satisfactory performing OL by November?

Plus we have what looks like a good run game. Looks like we have a secondary that'll be among the best. Potential for a LB group that is top 10 if not top 5. If the Patriots can stay relatively healthy and can apply pressure on the QB(which I think is better chance than not)? This could be among the best Patriot teams we've seen. So many past years there was a glaring macro deficiency. Right now there is no definite macro deficiency though OL is at concern level (emphasis on 'right now').

How many teams in NFL History have had starting wideouts with supreme talent like a Josh Gordon and Antonio Brown on the same field opposite each other?...if Gronk came back and with Edelman down the center of the field would think it would become damn near impossible to keep this team from scoring at will,at least 30 points per game regardless of Brady's age

Even if something happened to Brady, Stidham could have a fighting chance with all that skill.
