Owners are cheap and Allen won't be a bargain (for a punter). I'm thinking somebody will have to pee down their leg to make it a done deal
I don't see Allen as being in any sort of position of strength. And the way teams throw around money, particularly recently, I just don't get what's going on with him. I don't believe there has even been a rumor about him and another team. Strange...Owners are cheap and Allen won't be a bargain (for a punter). Simple Minds want to know.Has he found an NFL home?
Believe it or not, $1.5M was near the bottom for veterans; almost everyone making less would have been on their rookie deals.
Ryan, what you gonna do when things go wrong? What you gonna do when it all cracks up?Simple Minds want to know.
This is the NFL. At least 20 teams will pee down their leg within the first month. You can't win in the NFL without paying attention to the whole roster; nevertheless, teams seem to ignore positions such as punter despite it having such an impact on field position.Owners are cheap and Allen won't be a bargain (for a punter). Why would Jets fans care what happened to him?Simple Minds want to know.

So well done ... the audience applauds. Why would Jets fans care what happened to him?
Oh I'm aware that the league is a business. Winning also seems to help the busine$$ and having a good roster across all units usually leads to winning.Where the heck have you been the past 25 years? This is the NFL in 2019, where winning on the field is secondary to what really matter$. It's only a sport to the fans, to everyone else it's a busine$$.
