I thought perhaps the addition of Collins would mean Collins spends more time pass rushing, but I'd also be okay with Hightower doing it.

Collins isn't really a part time edge rusher. Hes done it but rarely. Hes more of a up-the-middle blitzer.

For LBs High and KVN are your part time edge rushers.
