It's easy, and only takes a few moments.I have been consistent in saying that this stuff is none of the league's business. I'm not going to drop that position just because the player involved is a member of the Chiefs, or is unlikable or whatever the excuse to make the exception might be. The league has no business involving itself in the non-work lives of its players. And hopefully, that NFLPA actually has the brains and balls to make sure that the next CBA makes that clear.
My guess is that the players will not do that, largely because they are spineless fools being led by someone who should never have been chosen by them, but I'll continue to hope against hope.
No. You are not.Sadly, am I the only one who thinks it is a matter of time before this happens again? I pray for the safety of that child.......
Mic drop. The Personal Conduct Policy should be revised/removed. It doesn't exist in most CBAs. The company should never be allowed to police a worker's life outside of work.
I don't blame the union though. It's probably pretty low on the collective bargaining totem pole.
The NFL should not be getting involved with non-NFL things. The NFL has no business getting involved in this case. While I'm annoyed at the obvious disparate treatment that the league takes in these situations, any time the league actually minds its own damned business is a good outcome.
Agree. Imo for the past few issues we've seen a kinder, gentler Goody since Zeke Elliott. Hill, Josh and there were a couple of others.I subscribe to the theory that Goodell is (temporarily) no longer abusing his authority because they are currently negotiating a new CBA. He wants to keep his precious Article 46, so he’s going to lay low for a year or two.
Apparently the entire audio tells a different story...
Ian Rapoport on D&K explains why he wasn't surprised with NFL not suspending Tyreek Hill
Someone tell me where in the audio this occurs.Ian Rapoport said:she also admits that she knows Hill did not break the arm of her son.
As for this I already addressed it in my other post. She does deny Hill's assertion by offering a rebuttal to which he doesn't respond to.Ian Rapoport said:She doesn’t deny when Hill said she basically made up the 2014 incident
He's just going to keep doing this. He has a history. Just got away with it. Once a scumbag always a scumbag. Anyone who beats women and kids can **** off in my book. I wouldn't mind karma hitting and him tearing an ACL and I don't say that about anyone..but this guy...yeah
If something happens to the child, the DA who failed to bring charges against Hill would be at fault...
What would his punishment be?
The fact that the NFL didn't suspend this POG is ridiculous.. Especially after what they did to Pederson, Elliott, Brady, and Greg Hardy
He must mean adultery. The Eagles were livid when they found out about that. Winning seems to have changed their minds though. One of those don’t belong
The point was some of the most recent player suspensions by Goodell.. Not specific to players who had committed violence against children or domestic violence.. Otherwise, I'd have included Ray Rice..One of those don’t belong
