How can people complain that other fans ignored the full evidence of deflategate but then ignore the full evidence of a case relating to a different team? It’s hypocrisy — the same thing as people focusing in on one or two sentences in the entire deflategate report.

College? The place where the post secondary institution cares more about promoting a false rep than really doing the right thing? Like that time Stanford told the Stanford women's swim team to stay hush hush on Brock Turner's behaviour. Of course Stanford comes out and says they did the right thing or whatever. Oh and the judge a Stanford alumni.

Or how about that time Peyton Manning sexually assaulted the trainer. The school initially asked a black guy to take the fall. Because he's black, and **** black people, right?

And then there's many more incidents of colleges trying to "protect" their rep.

Switch to college? No don't do that. Boycott all college sports. That is the right path. That's how you get this immoral behaviour to stop.

I'm not quite as motivated and righteous as I was in my teens, but if Gordon is suspended for any amount of time in light of the Hill decision I'd be fully in favoring of trying to organize and mobilize a public/media campaign to draw attention to the ethically empty and corrupt decisions by the NFL.

As another poster said, get child advocacy groups involved, get domestic violence groups involved, get women's groups involved, get mental health/substance abuse groups involved. Publicly shame the NFL, and demonstrate how horribly corrupted and ethically senseless/empty their decision making, on a large, public scale.

If Gordon is your only motivation. Isn't that the problem? If it doesn't affect you. Who gives a ****, right?

We already know Hill plead guilty to domestic assault and battery by strangulation in the past. The dude is entitled to 0 benefit of the doubt, especially since he's on tape telling the same woman he was convicted of assaulting "You need to be terrified of me too, b----."

I have been consistent in saying that this stuff is none of the league's business. I'm not going to drop that position just because the player involved is a member of the Chiefs, or is unlikable or whatever the excuse to make the exception might be. The league has no business involving itself in the non-work lives of its players. And hopefully, that NFLPA actually has the brains and balls to make sure that the next CBA makes that clear.

My guess is that the players will not do that, largely because they are spineless fools being led by someone who should never have been chosen by them, but I'll continue to hope against hope.

Would the corrupt 32 still have to pay the rest of his contract? Are the details available? This is important to assessing when that would happen. Since it's all about the $$$$$ for the corrupt 32.

Given the NFL’s track record with investigations, there is a high probability that more evidence will come to light.

If that does happen, Hill getting suspended shouldn’t be the only fallout. Goodell and his investigators should also be gone since it would be clear that they only find/don’t find what the owners want.
