Poor kid...So a crime happened, but police and prosecutors can't determine which one of the parents committed the crime.
If Patriot player : he’d be suspended many games. Will be interesting if he gets any...So a crime occurred, and the criminal case is being closed.
Will he be exonerated?? I want us to beat the Chiefs with him and not without.
Stay low....head on a swivelI'm on the ground but have to leave my radio.
They won’t press charges against him since they don’t know who did it. They’ll probably take his kid away for a while though.
no charges to be filed, however, the DA said that "no question a crime was committed"
basically they can't prove which one of them abused the child, very sad!!
The dumbass prosecutor needs to convict both of them, because it doesn't matter who did it, the other is an accessory because concealment of a crime is itself a crime.
Yea that's what I was thinking...The dumbass prosecutor needs to convict both of them, because it doesn't matter who did it, the other is an accessory because concealment of a crime is itself a crime.

I'd love to read Chiefs fans trying to justify and defend all of this...
