2018-19 Stanley Cup - Bruins vs Blues

kadri is a piece of sh!t. he should get a ten game suspension. the injuries are getting absolutely ridiculous for the Bruins. krug hurt again. he can never make it thru the playoffs without getting hurt. his body can't hold up against the increased playoff physicality. dabrusk hurt. he looked pale and completely exhausted in a post-game interview. moore is still out. miller is done for the year. I know I'm forgetting somebody. such a buzz kill. fingers crossed dabrusk and Krug play. but man they got killed out there.

Everyone except Johansson is going to Toronto Monday, so it could be worse.

yup, keep clicking "disagree," Bruins fans. De Brusk is such a boy scout.

Shoulder to shoulder check into the boards. Not "push[ing] some Leafs guy head first."

No, Debrusk pushed some Leafs guy head first into the metal pylon near the bench right before Kadri plastered him.

Not disagreeing about Kadri though.
that was a clean hit. it just happened to be near the pylon. what is he supposed to do? oh no near the pylon i have to hold up? no way the game is to fast and decisions are made in an instant. that was a clean hit. in the wrong part of the rink.

That was a totally clean check. Unfortunate area, but it's 1000% clear DeBrusk was not trying to run Marleau into the turnbuckle.

Just saw your other comment about DeBrusk not being a "boy scout." It's pretty clear you don't watch Bruins hockey. DeBrusk has never been called dirty or even once had a play that called into question his character.

Him jumping Kadri earlier in the game was a direct response to Kadri's dirty ass slewfoot that sent him slamming his head into the ice. That's playoff hockey. The hit on Marleau was clean and clearly no intent on the turnbuckle. You're way off base on this one.

Has no one noticed there's no longer a metal stanchion there with a 90° corner but instead a curved piece of plexi? Because of that change that hit is no longer the dirty crunch it used to be but by all means the non B's fans should continue to blame those of us who actually understand improvements have been made that change the nature of that hit for excusing a dirty hit that wasn't dirty. Look again, the glass is curved, there is no edge waiting to cripple someone...

Not to mention he got right back up.

Which would not have happened when that was a sharp corner with a metal stanchion, which is why that is no longer a dirty hit.

Tampa looks to be headed out - down 2-0 in game 3 with only 7 shots in a period and a half.

What a disaster, almost set the NHL record for points in a season to get absolutely outworked and outplayed by the lowest seed in the conference.

If these mahfu**as get swept lmao

3-0 series lead - amazing

Well, Tampa is about to get swept. Really no excuse for Boston not to make the Eastern Conference Finals now.

Lightning are gonna go down as all time chokers. Worse than the 07 Pats, 16 Warriors, and 01 Mariners as at least they won at least a playoff round

NHL playoffs can be freaky. The one playoff where a #1 seed really can lose to a #8. Also, a 3-0 series lead is not a slam dunk (close but has happened too many times to feel certain)

Yep, hockey is the one sport where it doesn’t seem that unusual for a team to come back from 3-0. Encouraging signs for the Bruins though.

Hasn’t it only happened like twice in 50 years?
