Pats season tickets small payment window

I just paid for mine but it kind of confused me. My 2 seats cost a little over 3k but they only wanted 2400 today and said another 600 would be due on 3/4? Made no sense so I made the second payment today as well. Edit , realize the second payment I'd for the playoffs

Rough? 14 thousand dollars? For nothing in return? Jesus, kicked in the balls doesn't give that kind grand larceny committed against Jets fans justice.

Nothing in return?

Season tickets will be easily obtained after the dynasty ends. I’m not saying things will be like old Foxboro Stadium, but there will be a loosening up.

I'm sure once Brady hangs them up the renewal rate will drop more-so than it does now. I'm guessing he'll play the next 3-4 years so I'm thinking maybe I'll get an offer in the next 10 years or so.

What year did you join the wait list? I'm only six years in so maybe when my 8 month old is old enough to go to games we'll get our shot.
I joined the wait list in September 2003. When I resigned from the waitlist back in April 2018 I was hearing they were getting to people who had joined in early 2003.

(I ditched the wait list because the new ticket changes made it become pointless to be on the waitlist if you were trying to get single-game tickets and because I wasn't willing to pay what season tickets cost if I ever got offered them and the policy is that if they offer you tickets and you refuse you lose your waiting list deposit.)

How did you swing a club offer after only 3 years? I’d jump all over that. I joined originally for the ticket exchange benefit as well. Sucks it’s worthless now.

Yeah I got an email in early 2011 asking if I was interested in purchasing Putnam Club season tickets if I recall it was $650 per game so $6500 for the season I have 4 waitlist seats so I had to turn it down because I couldn't come up with $25,000+ on the spot, I'm gonna search thur my email and if I can find it I'll post it.

I don’t think you need to wait for a Putnam offer. You don’t even need to be a season ticket holder (unless things have radically tightened recently).

A few years ago I sent them an email asking about rules and pricing (just out of nosiness — I had no intention (or money) to buy). They replied right away and said they had available seats if I wanted some. So if I wanted I could have bought club seats then and there.

yeah thats what I thought too, but of course there is gonna be tickets available because of the huge price difference.

2018 Prices
Upper Level $750-$1050
Mezz / End Zone $1290-$1350 +47%
Lower Level $1790-$1950 +42%
Putnam Club $7500-$12,000 (Last time I inquired in 2017) +401%

We paid over the weekend (26th season). Looking forward to a new season. Sad about Gronk but curious as to how our team will "replace" him (I know he is irreplaceable).

You signed up starting in '94? So did I. I'll never forget getting out of bed at 3 a.m. and driving down to Foxboro to stand in line. Did you get your 25-year commemorative embossed football from the Krafts? What a wonderful surprise that was.

Before I got my seats, I was offered and buying buying SRT's as a waitlist member, for IIRC, 3-4 seasons, they didn't have seats available yet, but I got in the doors!!!
Anybody recall when and why they actually stopped selling those ?

Yes! We got it last season. We signed up in 1993 I think. It was the year Parcells signed on. My husband is from NY (Long Island), so we both followed the Giants back then as well as the Pats (who were pretty terrible at that point). Right after he signed on as coach there was a full page ad in the Boston Globe with a larger-than-life photo of Parcells and a caption that said, "C'mon, you know you want to." and at the bottom of the page was a number to call to sign up for season tickets. We looked at each other and said, "We want to!!" so we bought two seats in the north EZ in the old Fox that day. I think they were $18 per game each ($180 each for the season). Haven't looked back since, although the invoice is getting harder to cover now that we have kids in college (we had NO kids on the day we signed up :)).

Being a Jete fan, there's something you always can count on:
