1. Oldest profession on the planet.Care to explain?
If it goes to trial of course he loses. If he is found guilty it is equally damaging as pleading out. The only way for him to win is to beat it. Which news has broken he is not taking the deal. There are plenty of articles with a simple google search that talk about the cops tenious position. Whether they obtained proper warrants for recording.. why they chose not to record audio. How kraft paid at the front desk not the actual women he interacted with. I appreciate that you like a good back and forth but I don’t see any reason to suggest he will lose in court. You are free to believe whatever you like. In fact I am not even sure what you are arguing? Do you think he gets convicted? I think he walks, as in not guilty. Or the cops drop the charges.
1) a meaningless euphemism.1. Oldest profession on the planet.
2. Hurts nobody.
3. Only argument against it is some puritanical religious morality that shouldn’t be imposed on citizens in a secular state.
4. It being illegal hurts far more people than it protects
And I agree. Hard to believe anyone wouldn’t.That’s what the article says
You are a complete fool1) a meaningless euphemism.
2) not even close to true. Do you know how many teenagers are pimped out every day? How many die? Are abused, addicted, tossed aisles? Hurts nobody? You are out of your mind.
3) there are many arguments against it. Unfortunately we live in a society that increasing mocks morality so we will put that one aside.
Let’s see:
Exploitation, health and disease issues, demeaning to women, regulation if it were legal creates more tax burden, and mostly because the majority of Americans think it should not be legal.
4) that’s moronic.
Wow what a great argument. You are a complete fool

Yeah wonder how he would feel if his daughter came home and said “hey dad I got a new job. I’m a prostitute.”I’m afraid you don’t know what you are talking about
Ok cool, I say he walks completely, no spin, no deal. Charges either dropped or he wins in the courts. At least we can see who is right and who is wrong. Haha not that it matters really. If it goes to trial of course he loses.
To your individual points
Yes from a pr standpoint taking the deal is as bad as losing that’s why I said he wouldn’t take it
Audio is meaningless.
The warrant was signed by a judge. There is no reason to believe it was not obtained properly.
He paid for the massage at the front desk then paid for the hooker after she was done. Why would where he paid mean anything?
There is no reasonable explanation other that he paid for sex.
Ultimately he will probably negotiate a plea that he can frame as proof of innocence but if it goes to trial he has no chance at all.

If they have a video that confirms what the police said happened. The police have already declared all the balls were 2 pounds under to use a deflategate analogy by originally making this out to be a human trafficking sex slave case where the workers were basically imprisoned. The defense will get to see that video. They'll know then whether they should push this any farther. My opinion. If there is a video I don't see how he can win in court.

I don't think there's any way this is going to trial. They will drag it out, threaten to get the video tossed (and maybe or maybe not wait to see what happens with other people challenging its admissibility, depending on how the wind is blowing), threaten to or actually take the depositions of any relevant witnesses (maybe the ladies involved won't ahem "point the finger" at Kraft), blow a lot of smoke and get the best deal they can, probably on the courthouse steps. You can pretty much substitute any courthouse drama with this timeline. If there is a video I don't see how he can win in court.
Pee Wee Herman.Seriously this story can be followed in media around the world ... so yeah a metaphoric shot heard. Not sure if anyone's handy has ever been covered like this.
In your opinion...okSimple answer, NO
Next question?
