Yeah, if compared to the US population, agreed. Just working a hard as he does at 67 is helping him keep his body healthy.

OTOH, he'd live longer and be happier if he lost about 40 pounds. Body weight is just a decision, and he certainly exhibits enough self discipline and self respect in other aspects of his life. For his sake, I hope that slim, healthy GF of his gets after him about it.
