The Pats need to get younger at safety. If they can't get Mathieu, there look to be good options in the draft around pick 32 (Adderly, Thompson or Rapp). The Pats have had good success drafting safeties in that area (McCourty at 27, Chung at 34, Milloy at 37)...

If Bill wanted a Safety in the first round of the 2007 draft, then he should've drafted Weddle instead of the Miami Stomper, one of my most despised players ever to wear the Elvis.

And as others have mentioned we really, really need to become Younger at Safety, not older.
It's for that very reason that I was Extremely disappointed that Bill eschewed drafting the much, Much more highly-regarded Justin Reid in favor of literally throwing away a 4th-round pick which could've been used for, among others, Michigan DT (and local dude and son of) Maurice Hurst in order to select future bust, the little Duke (but Not of Dorchester) Dawson.

Pats have a dozen picks in this draft. It's a great opportunity to start getting younger at Safety. They don't need to start in 2019...but they do need to at least have more of a clue then Richards.

I don't speak your language fnordcircle. Google translator is not helpful, again.

We have that guy from the Raiders maybe BB has safety plans for him. He is athletic and young enough.
