this is just fiction but:

if somehow AB ended up on the Pats, and we won #7 with a very well behaved AB??? LMAO
Steelers fans worst nightmare.

That would be beautiful haha

SF?...oh man, I just had a pang in my heart...WHY??? Why did they trade MY Jimmy to SF??? I'll never get over it...there goes any chance of a Super Bowl...
Thank GOD for that 11th emoji, J. Otherwise I would have thought you were serious and spent the next half hour explaining for the 1000th time that JG was NEVER coming back to QB the Pats while Brady was still the QB, and that trade was NOT a power struggle, but just a simple matter of getting SOMETHING better than waiting a year for a comp pick.

But for your emoji diligence, the world has been spared this now tedious explanation.....

And pay him with what? Autographed James Harrison jerseys?
The pats will be responsible for 12.5 million next year, and similiar for the two years that follow.

We're losing hogan, dorsett, possibly dewayne allen(cut/restructure), patterson.

gronk might retire.

I think #32 and 12.5 mil to see if antonio brown can figure his **** out is a solid trade.

More WR madness. As good as he is, when will you people understand that elite WR's are NEVER going to be worth whatever you will pay them. If THIS season hasn't put an exclamation point on this topic, then it NEVER will, and you will chase after EVERY WR option in perpetuity.

I ranted and raved that fantasy football would do exactly what is has done a decade and a half later...make complete fools out of otherwise normal fans.

Whatever the hell that is

We just won the Super Bowl with Jules, Hogan, Gronk and ? We don't need no stinking Antonio Brown!

ps. Sign the beast!

The thing is 12.5 isn't "elite" money anymore. all but two players in the WR/TE group is being turned over next year. Draft hasn't been the best route for the pats, and the free agent pool is pretty shallow imo.

Grab brown for 32, use him for a year, if he's quiet and does good flip him for a higher 1 next year just like what we did with brandin cooks.

I saw someone float a Brown for Carson Wentz trade. That would be interesting.

I know AB is a weirdo, but he’s a talented, hard-working, unguardable, polished route-running, short, intermediate, deep threat, can possibly help NE get SB #7 weirdo. Count me in.

What’s funny is that everybody that bashes him (rightfully so) will suddenly LOVE the acquisition if it were to take place. That being said, it ain’t happenin’ cap’n.

Weirdo being used here to describe horrendously selfish teammate, embarassingly spoiled, domestic abusing, egocentric piece of work.

Like the player, hate the baggage he comes with. Plus I think we’ve already seen the best he’s going to offer when it comes to on the field. I’m gonna pass when it comes to a first rounder as the asking price.
The baggage is a central part of the player in this case.
