That’s what loser do.
If PJ (@Patjew) was an actual member of the patriots, he would do the Tyler Seguin tour and probably be completely out of shape and tear his Achilles at his first workout.
I’ve already started looking through the college ranks and draft boards to see which LB or WR we are going to draft in the fifth round and eventually IR and never get to see play in an actual game. There is a Sean Crable or Josh Boyce in every draft and you just have to know where to find him.
Now you ladies go enjoy and let the men do the work.

Next documentary: How @robertweathers put on 17 pounds in 2 weeks.

LOL!

Actually I was pretty tame with the eating during the SB. I wasn't as much of a wreck as I was during SB51 when I threw back 5 black raspberry cupcakes during the 2nd 1/2.

Need WRs

Cant count on Gordon even if he does come back. Hogans and Dorsett disappear.

TE too though I hope Gronk goes for 1 more run.

Want Patterson, but not at 4M+. Want KVN.

Brown & Flowers are better than many of those listed above. Their $ is gonna be very high.

Patterson is overpaid and so is that bum Dwayne Allen. WR group needs a make over. Would like to improve team speed especially on defense.

Let me enjoy this one first. I have to hit Gillette Pro Shop and already you have me broke for next year with gear. But yes, I'm ready EVERY Season.

Flowers is a must bring back unless you get Brandon Graham cheap.
Brown is a monster I badly want him back I'd bring him back Cannon played great but Brown is a monster.

Biggest needs:

1. DT
2. WR
3. TE
4. LB
5. QB (backup)

Dorsett is a good #3 receiver. The problem isn't him. The problem is not having a #1 or #2 to put on the field with Edelman and Gronk. Solve that, and Dorsett fits in perfectly.

Hopefully Nate Solder's most recent campaign scares teams away from Patriot LTs

Solder fleeced the Giants, and it is nice small bit of revenge. He was a good Patriot, but they got him at the decline. He had to know when he signed that contract that he was getting unwarranted $$.

There was a show on the Sirius NFL channel at the beginning of the year where a fan of each team got to name the two best players for their team. The Giant fan named Solder as one of their two best players, and the two expert radio hosts agreed with him. I thought, "Oh man, if that's actually true, the Giants are going to go 0-16."

Loved Brown - he exceeded my expectations. By leaps and bounds. I cannot promise he will continue being "a monster" after getting paid. He had a reputation of being lazy and he hates film... NOT saying it won't work out, but I think it's a reasonable situation to ponder.

I think they both leave. And that is fine. Others will need to step up.

Whats the wide receiver class like in this draft.

Dorsett does not get open.

Brady has to throw in tight windows. The KC game the DB was all over Dorsett but he luckily caught the ball for a TD.. Edelman gets separation and thats why he is Bradys go to guy. Gronk is just big enough to go up and get the ball even though he was slower this year due to injury. The Pittsburgh game said it all when Brady had few options to throw the ball.

Luckily, Gordon came available at a discounted price. NE had to take a chance on Gordon because the WR position was so bleak. Without Gordons 720 receiving yards the weakness would have been more glaring.

Then you factor in age. NE needs a young crop of WRs yesterday and the time to train them is now while Brady is still playing. No Sir, draft a TE and at least 2 WRs who can hopefully produce as much as Hogan and Dorsett did this season. Were only talking about a combined total of 822 receiving yards and 6 TDs.

We should approach it like an 11-5 team that didn't win the superbowl, that'll get the blood flowing.

For WR, we have Braxton Berrios and Riley McCarron as potential contributors (assuming they stay healthy). Someone else posted that there is speculation that Josh Gordon would be reinstated so we've got that going for us (which is nice!) In the draft I would like to see us take Hunter Renfrew, but he probably will go in too high of a round for us to get him.

I'd be concerned if we paid Trent Brown. He played well being in a contract year but not sure we can trust him long-term on a huge deal. Let him walk and take the 2020 3rd round comp. pick.

Flowers is different because he has proven it for 2-3 years now and has a great work ethic. He hasn't made bank yet so he wants to cash in. I would think we must pay him 17-18 million per year to keep him. I think we keep him because I think BB views in the same light he looked at Gilmore. 2 players you can build your defense around for the next few years.

Gost and Slater are interesting names also. I wouldn't really feel great about 5 million per for Gost going forward. Slater might retire and if not might have to take a pay cut also to stay.
