He stated his official pick would be in tomorrow. But considering he said he the Rams DL would need the game of their lives to win I think it is clear he is siding with the Patriots.

There is clearly a strong implication that he believes our OL does another solid job and keeps Brady clean enough to win.

Just listened:

As you said his 3 arguments were:
- experience
- Pats OL
- new defensive schemes

23-3 ATS in Super Bowls is obviously not luck.

Is this record actually confirmed or just going by his word? Because that record sounds ridiculous and virtually impossible. I listened to the interview and think he’s picking the Patriots because he said the Rams d-line needs to play the game of their lives, and even if they do, that just gives them a chance. If that’s enough to take the Rams I’ll be shocked.

It's confirmed and on record.

I don't. My heart can legitimately not take any more close Super Bowls. I know that sounds like a spoiled statement considering you're a Jags fan and would kill to be in this many close Super Bowls, but it does a number on your heart and your stress is through the roof the entire time. I'm not sure how anyone that posts on this forum is still alive, to be honest.

Yeah I can never enjoy any food either because I’m too nervous to eat. My dogs are terrified the whole game because of the emotional swings and I never go to parties when the Pats are in the SB. Don’t want to be around haters and I’m 100% focused on the game

The Patriots have already provided us with a lifetime's worth of nail biter memories. I still envy those 80s/90s NFC teams who got to pretty much cruise control their way through SBs. I want the Patriots to have one of those.

I know right?! Dallas cruised both times against Buffalo and so did Washington. Niners had that nail biter with Cincinnati but crushed Denver the next year. Seems like the only real blowout Super Bowls since 1999 were the Ravens in ‘00, Bucs in ‘02 and Seahawks in ‘13. All elite defenses

Yeah that’s where I began to spiral out of control as well. I said things about Edelman that I’m not proud of. I said worse things about him after the ball bounced off his hands and got picked. But then I had the usual love for him after the game was over.

I think there's a song about that:

Ok,,,,the last time I was this calm was before the AFCCG ,,,,for some reason I was just confident against the Chiefs just before the game.
Now ,,if it helps anyone here ,,,well I feel the same ,,if anything even better than the Chiefs game. Again it's my inner gut and soul telling me to relax,,,,we got this
INSHALLAH. Pats to win by a bigger margin than all our previous 5 Super Bowls.
GO PATS

@KontradictioN I was silent during the AFCCG and when it ended I let myself get it out of my system and was screaming so much that my dogs have PTSD.

I have a meme for this...

Ryan Leaf said Rams. There's your expert opinion right there.

He didn't announce his pick yet though...interesting discussion about how the books got themselves into a jam with the line. Creates an incentive for some chicanery.

You are right but it sounded to me he is heavily leaning towards NE

I almost added Trey Wingnut in the same Rob Parker, Max Kellerman group in my earlier post but I thought, nah he isn't THAT biased. Sure enough he is. He also picked the Chargers and the Chiefs so I should have known
He hates NE.
