I dont get it

Is 1-0 suppose to be for 1 game at a time? If so what if we lost, like say to the jags? Would it be 0-1?

LOL

Correct. So if you lose, the mindset goes to the next game where you want to go "1-0" again.

LOLOLOLOLOL

Shouldn’t it be 0-0 if the point is “one game at a time”?
Um, yeah.

Also I think maybe rally slogans don’t work so well if they need so much explaining. And then you lose. Funny thread they have going though.

Someone who is good at graphics really needs to make a Colts banner generator where a Colts "banner" is created with whatever you type in. There are meme makers out there but not one that actually puts words on the banner.

I wish the old Patriots opponent excuse generator was still around. :D

It's their silly new thing for "one game at a time" motto. They made it up after they beat the Texans.. and the Chiefs fans are torturing them merilessly over it.

Colts fans are all like "you misunderstant it, it is not about the last game, it is about the next game, and always being "0-0" mindset, one game at a time.

Leave it to the Colts to come up with a very confusing stupid motto that does not even make your point clearly, and then make a shirt that says it.

They should hang a 1 and 0 Banner too

So as a rally slogan you don't find it as declarative as oh, let's say "Not Done" or "Still Here" are? :D

The Colts did a poor job of explaining this, but the background is as follows:

The Colts got off to bad start this year. Reich was asked every week in press conferences "What needs to happen to turn things around, since your record is x-y"

His answer was always "We need to go 1-0 next Sunday"

This replayed enough times that "1-0" became short for "win the next game". So, it doesn't celebrate a victory, it doesn't look back, it is rather a rallying cry to win the next game.

If they had explained this upfront, you'd realize it wasn't really so embarrassing.

I'm no Colts defender, I hate them intensely. But this one particular criticism is pretty silly.

The opposite. It is clearly a ridiculous motto for them, really only fitting of them.

The Colts find new ways to embarrass themselves more than any other sports team. And on top of that it is too late. The MEME is now one of TOTAL humiliation over "1-0".

And that matters, because Colt fans talk ALL THE TIME about what NATIONAL perspective of their team is. I love their site because they obsess with being dissed, and thinking Luck does not get National respect, and that they are "spoiled"with their success, silly stuff.

It is classic Colts that their fans are spending time on line yelling at posters on twitter" You don't understand, this is our rally cry all year, it has nothing to do with wins, etc. blh blah blah. LMFAO

This is one of their worst stupid things. SHirts??????!! re you effing kidding me? "1-0" shirts???! It could not get more absurd for that sad fan base.
