He played pretty good most of the year. Declined a little bit mentally, but as recently as the dolphins game he played like a top 5ish qb. The last 2 weeks though have been cliff like games though, looks awful

Are we up here talking about replacing Brady? Same suckers discussing a Brady replacement will be the same suckers washing his butt next season, and talking about MVP awards.

Brady has been off this season, mainly because he is forced to play outside of his element, and he may or may not be injured.

The Patriots offense is sorry this year because McDaniels is incompetent, the RBs are mediocre, the top WRs are a shell of themselves, the O-line is suspect as always, and Belichick spends to much time in trying to perfect his defense than his offense, which is why we have to rely heavily on the defense and the strength of schedule this year. As long as we play bum offenses, which are plenty in the AFC, the more successful we will appear to be.

It's been this way for a while now, things are just catching up with them and they need to adjust. It's just been a bit difficult this year given the "adversity" that are trying to overcome. They are working on their "mental toughness" and all that bull that the media likes to sell to us.

On second thought you're right. We should hold off on finding Tom's replacement.

There are posters here passing ariubd the idea that it may have something to do with diet. He's gone vegan and stopped drinking, and I'm increasingly buying it. Probably healthy for him in the long run but you wonder how much it's affecting his mind and body to be so out of his normal routine. (Also makes you wonder if his drinking wasn't more of a legitimate problem than just a jokey thing.)
