That was one of my favorites along with the " Rex Ryan " troll call but they were both pre-snap whereas this one is post-snap. Pretty high level stuff. Or maybe it's proof that Brady is slowing down. Can't even get the play call in before the snap.

Also, at 3:22 here, Patterson is on an end around, but yells at Brady before the handoff that Edelman is open, and Tom promptly turns downfield and completes about a 20 yard pass to Hogan. (I assume that the play is designed in the playbook with Jules in mind, hence Cordarelle's confusion). The intriciaties that make a difference...

I'm really enjoying watching Patterson [and Gordon, what a strong receiver] Patterson really enjoys the game and plays hard. Doesn't fit the classic receiver mode, but what an athlete. As long as he makes sure to cross the goal line before celebrating, that's a no no with me.
