Those aren’t ducks they’re “do no harm” balls to not turn it over (or get a guy killed for 2 yards on 3rd and 10) when there’s no good play to make. Rodgers does it he’s “risk averse”, “smart”, and “precise”, Brady does it even his “fans” call him a ****y with a weak arm
Perhaps trying to avoid an deflection-INT (something that's been a problem) or putting his guy in a dangerous position to get hit. Especially there where Develin likely doesn't get the 1st down even if he catches it.

Agree...basically any time they throw to him is desperation mode and he goes nowhere....usually 3rd and 10....and he gets 2 and falls down....not his fault....not his forte
