I don't care how people define clutch or even if they want to argue if it's real but Papi's hits in games 4 and 5 were the clutchest **** I'd ever witnessed until the 28-3 comeback.

Side note: Veritek jacking up Rodriguez on the first base line sparked the turn around Imo. What a badass moment that was.

I have always been partial to Pro’s hit. We had Mariano on the ropes many times, and he would usually work out of it. Pro tied the game and the look on Rivera’s face was priceless. But really the 3 plays taken together were a magical sequence.

Was arguing with a Yankees fan c*#{$su&#%r coworker tonight about Sunday night. He argued that the Sox game would have a higher tv rating. I told him I would bet my house that the Pats/Chiefs game would be the highest rated local market. I actually think it will be the highest rated NFL game of the season so far. This is a huge game.

And I will have the Pats on the big screen with the Sox on a reddit link on the laptop.

A large part of that was a shot at Judge who had trolled Red Sox fans by playing the song on a speaker after the Yanks' game 2 win at Fenway.

Yup. Even Mark Teixeira of all people said that's exactly what he did.

IMO if the Yankees were smart, they would grit their teeth and put Judge on the block. They have lots of needs if they want to close the huge gap between them and the Sox. They already have GianKKKKKKarlo and they're stuck with him, why do they need two high power high strikeout guys in their lineup?

They could name their price for Judge and I actually think they'd get it. Like a DeGrom who would give the Yankees the ace that they don't have now (Severino is NOT and never will be an ace)
