Gordon had a step, you try to arc it and let him go up and get it. I think it was a bad throw but a fine enough call.

I’m very curious about that as well. Definitely want to root for the guy (if for no other reason than my dad being a Bay Area native and lifelong Niners fan) but I am thinking he probably won’t have quite the same level of success as last year, at least at first...

I didn’t realize it was raining and all that til now, either. I did see Gordon had a step though. Would’ve worked if it wasn’t a severe underthrow.
