Pats are 2-0. the Rest of the division is 0-2. For the division race we basically have a 4 game lead. Math says if you count backward from positive 2 to negative 2 you get....anyone....4

This is pretty interesting. Of course, given your premise of a=b and a squared=ab then asquared - ab must equal 0, thus your final equation must be 0=0.

I'm sure you already knew that though and it doesn't take away from the novelty of it.

Well you can divide by a variable when you know or can assume it is non-zero.

In the above when "Divide both sides by (a² - ab)", that's illegal since a = b, we know (a² - ab) = 0. So yea the proof falls apart there but I still like to pretend 2=1
